What are codes and how do they work?
One unique code can be collected from the inside of each participating Kellogg’s “Personalised Spoon” promotional packs. The code is 10 letters long and printed in red or black ink. In order to claim your free personalised spoon you need to collect 2 unique codes. You can then immediately use your codes to claim your free spoon on the Kellogg’s promotional website www.kelloggs.gr. -
Whereabouts on the pack can I find my unique code?
Codes are 10 letters long, contain letters only and are located on the inside front panel of the Kellogg’s “Free Personalised Spoon” promotional packs. The code is not printed on the outside of the pack: please do not use any code printed on the outside of the pack to try and claim a Personalised Spoon. If the code you are looking at has been obstructed with glue this is not the correct code – please look inside the pack carton. -
How do I enter my codes?
First register or log in at www.kelloggs.gr. The following screen will allow you to enter your unique codes from pack; you will need 2 codes to claim a free Personalised Spoon. The subsequent screen will allow you to choose the spoon you would like to receive and enable you to enter your personalisation (chosen name) for the Spoon. Your spoon will be sent to your registered address. -
I can’t enter my code.
The codes are made up of letters only, so please double check that you are not entering any numbers. For example, the number 1 could be mistaken for the letter l, or the number 0 for the letter O. -
I bought some Kellogg’s products to take part in the offer but it does not have a unique code inside, what do I do?

You will only be able to claim your free Personalised Spoon between 01/01/2015 and 30/06/2015. Unfortunately after 30/06/2015 you will not be able to use your codes to claim free Personalised Spoon.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN A COMPETITION
1. Scope of the Competition. Kellogg Europe Trading Limited (Hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”) announces the commencement of a promotion titled “KELLOGG’S Personalised Spoon Promotion” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”), which will take place through the website www.kelloggs.gr/koutalia, in order to promote the products marketed by the aforementioned company under the brands “Special K”, “Coco Pops” and “Kellogg’s Corn Flakes” (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”).
2. Eligibility for participation in the Competition. Without prejudice to the provisions under clause 3 below, eligible for participation in the Competition are residents of Greece and Cyprus. Minors may participate in the Competition only with the prior consent of the persons having parental responsibility for such minors or their legal guardians. In case a minor wins the Competition, the respective obligations set out in these terms shall apply to the persons having parental responsibility for or to the legal guardians of such minors.
3. Ineligibility for participation: The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Competition: (a) employees of the Promoter and its affiliates and subsidiaries; and (b) relatives of the first degree and spouses of the employees set out under points (a) above.
4. Period of Conduct of the Competition. The Competition shall commence on January 1, 2015, at 00:00, and shall end on June 30, 2015 or only as stocks of the prize-items last. Special packs are most widely available in stores between January, 2015 and February, 2015.
5. Method of Participation at the Competition. Those wishing to participate in the promotion must buy any two (2) promotional packs of Special K Original 375g, Special K Red Fruits 300g, Special K Dark Chocolate 300g, Kellogg’s Coco Pops 375g, Kellogg’s Coco Pops Chocos 375g or Kellogg’s Corn Flakes 375g Cereal. Only the packs with the promotional message will be included in this promotion. Each code can only be used once. You will need internet access to enter the promotion. On each of these packs inside the carton there will be a unique pack code, you will need to go to www.kelloggs.gr/koutalia, enter your two codes plus your relevant details, name, address, etc. and you will receive your Kellogg’s Personalised Spoon within approximately 90 days. Please note that postage charges do not apply. It is noted, that the same person is permitted to submit several participation forms during the Promotion.
It is also understood, that the purchase of any of the Products marketed by the Promoter is not required for participation in the Promotion. Therefore, any person wishing to participate in the Promotion without purchasing the Product may receive a 10 digit code, by visiting our offices at 2, Parnassou str. & Kifissias Avenue, 15124, Maroussi, and presenting his/her ID card or Passport.
6. Prizes. The prizes of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Prizes” and each of them as the “Prize”) are one (1) personalised Kellogg’s spoon in a choice of either Kids or Adults size worth approximately €3 (3 Euros). There will be a maximum of 11 characters permitted per spoon.
The Prize is personal and those wishing to participate are not entitled to replace them with money or other replaceable objects.
7.1 Conditions for the award of Prizes.
1) Go to www.kelloggs.gr/koutalia
2) Enter the 2 unique codes inside each of the cartons
3) Provide requested data (name, surname, address to receive the personalised Kellogg’s spoon, email address, country of residence)
4) You will receive a confirmation email
5) Get your bespoke personalised Kellogg’s Spoon
Please note: Once the Unique Codes have been submitted, Participants will then be asked to type their preferred personalisation and select their favourite Kellogg’s brand. Participants will be able to see how their spoon will look before finalising their application and make any changes required. Once confirmed, no further changes can be made – Promoter cannot be responsible for errors or omissions made by the participant. The final design will be created. Personalised Spoon will only be shipped within the following countries: Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. Please allow approximately 90 days for delivery. Only applications which comply with these terms and conditions (2 correct codes) will receive their personalised spoon. Personalised spoons are available only as stocks last.
7.2 The personalised message will appear on the front of the spoon as inputted at the point of application. Therefore please enter your personalised message carefully as the Promoter cannot be held responsible for spelling errors. At its discretion, the Promoter strictly reserves the right to reject the use of language it considers to be unsuitable, inappropriate, obscene, derogatory towards others, or derogatory towards Kellogg’s, the Promoter or the Promoter’s other brands. Each message will be tested and verified as suitable for use and the Participants will be notified instantly on screen if the message is compliant with the conditions below once they have completed the online entrant form. As such, the message must not:
a. use inappropriate, obscene or otherwise offensive language;
b. contain language that is socially irresponsible;
c. contain language that references violent, excessive risk taking or anti-social behaviour (crowd or public disorder);
d. contain language that infringes protected intellectually property rights, for example trademarks, and this includes (but not limited to) reference to the Promoter’s brands, other brands, celebrity, music or film titles.
e. There will be a maxiumum of 11 characters permitted per spoon
7.3 Participants will be unable to input certain restricted words when submitting their message. However, in order to fully ensure compliance with the conditions of Point 7.2 above, a manual confirmation of the message will also be performed by the Promoter. After submitting the message, the Participants will be notified by email within 7 working days to confirm that the order has been processed or rejected. Submissions will be held for moderation and reviewed for approval or rejection of the submission.
7.4 If the message is rejected by the Promoter, an email will be sent and prompt the participant to re-submit another message.
8. Liability. The Promoter of the Competition shall not be liable in case that the downloading and the submission of the Participation Form in the Promoter’s system are temporarily unavailable to any participant or in case the operation of the entire Website is temporarily impeded for any technical cause whatsoever. The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects found in the Prizes, and in such cases, the winners of the Competition must refer to the manufacturers of the prizes or their agents. In any case, the liability of the Promoter shall be limited to the result of wilful or negligent acts or omissions of the Promoter and shall not extend, in any case whatsoever, to results of random events or force majeure affecting the Promoter and/or the participants in the Competition.
9. Publicity. The terms of participation in the Promotion have been posted on the Website.

11. Personal Data. The Promoter informs you that the Promoter and/or third parties contracted by the Promoter and acting on the former’s behalf shall process your personal data, notified to the Promoter by yourself through the submission of the Participation Form or through any communication in relation to the delivery of the Prizes.
Your personal data shall not be transmitted by the Promoter to third parties, except to third parties contracted by and acting on behalf of the Promoter, to the extent they act as processors of such data for the purposes of the Promotion. It is understood, that after the Competition End Date, the selection of the winners and the delivery of the Prizes to them, all personal data shall be destroyed, unless the applicable legislation requires that they are kept.

12. Revocation of the Announcement – Amendment of the Terms. The Promoter shall be entitled to revoke the announcement of the Promotion or to amend these terms, posting a respective notice at its Website, and such revocation/amendment shall be valid from the date of posting of the respective notice.
13. Governing Law-Jurisdiction. These terms are governed by and construed under Greek law. Each dispute in relation to the Competition, which may arise in the future, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
14. Acceptance of the terms. Any participation in the Competition is deemed as an unreserved acceptance of these terms.
