What are codes and how do they work?
One unique code can be collected from the inside of each participating Kellogg’s “Personalised Spoon” promotional packs. The code is 10 letters long and printed in red or black ink. In order to claim your free personalised spoon you need to collect 2 unique codes. You can then immediately use your codes to claim your free spoon on the Kellogg’s promotional website www.kelloggsalarabi.com/spoons -
Whereabouts on the pack can I find my unique code?
Codes are 10 digits long, contain letters only and are located on the inside front panel of the Kellogg’s “Free Personalised Spoon” promotional packs. The code is not printed on the outside of the pack: please do not use any code printed on the outside of the pack to try and claim a Personalised Spoon. If the code you are looking at has been obstructed with glue this is not the correct code – please look inside the pack carton. -
How do I enter my codes?
First register or log in at www.kelloggsalarabi.com/spoons. The following screen will allow you to enter your unique codes from pack; you will need 2 codes to claim a free Personalised Spoon. The subsequent screen will allow you to choose the spoon you would like to receive and enable you to enter your personalisation (chosen name) for the Spoon. Your spoon will be sent to your registered address. -
I can’t enter my code.
The codes are made up of letters only, so please double check that you are not entering any numbers. For example, the number 1 could be mistaken for the letter l, or the number 0 for the letter O. -
I bought some Kellogg’s products to take part in the offer but it does not have a unique code inside, what do I do?
Please check that you have a promotional pack by checking if the promotional message “Free Personalised Spoon” is on the front. If your pack is a promotional pack, you should be able to find the unique code on the inside front panel. The code is not printed on the outside of the pack. Each promotional code can only be entered once. To claim each free Personalised Spoon you will need to collect 2 unique codes. You can claim more than one spoon; however for each spoon you claim you will need to collect 2 unique codes. -
I still have codes and the promotion has now closed, will I be able to claim my spoon?
You will only be able to claim your free Personalised Spoon between1/1/2015 and 30/6/2015. We would recommend you claim your Spoon by 30/6/2015 to avoid disappointment as this is when promotional packs are most widely available until. Unfortunately after 30/6/2015 you will not be able to use your codes to claim free Personalised Spoon.

The claim-by date on the front of the pack says 1/12015 but on the back of the pack, it says I ideally need to claim by 30/6/2015. Which date is correct?
We strongly advise that you collect your codes by 30/6/2015. This is because promotional packs will be most widely available in stores before this date. There may be packs available in stores after this date but we are not able to guarantee that there will be Spoons left, so our advice is to collect codes early to avoid disappointment. -

FULL Terms and Conditions of Entry – Personalised Spoon
1. The Promotion is open to people aged 16 and above resident in [KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Lebanon, Iraq, Bahrain, Jordan, Egypt, Libya ]. The application is not open to employees of Kellogg Europe Trading Limited and their affiliates and subsidiaries or to their immediate families or persons living in the same household of such individuals. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the countries where the Promotion takes place. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.
2. The Promotion is open between 00.01 GMT on 01/01/2015 (“Opening Date”) and 23.59 GMT on 30/06/2015 (”Closing Date”). All claims must be received by 30/06/2015. Any claims received after this date will not be accepted.
3. Purchase is necessary and internet access is required. There is no postal or telephone application route.
4. To Receive the Reward: Purchase any 2 packs of any of the following Kellogg’s products by 30/06/2015: [Kelloggs Corn Flakes 375g, Kelloggs Corn Flakes 500g, Special K Original 375g, Special K Red Fruits 375g, Coco Pops 375g, Coco Pops Chocos 375g, Coco Pops Jumbos 375g, Frosties 500g]. Each pack will contain a 10-digit Unique Code printed on the inside of the pack. (“Unique Code”) Participants must then submit 2 Unique Codes online at www.kelloggsalarabi.com/spoons, along with their full name, email address and postal address in order to receive the Reward (“Valid Application”). Participants will then be able to personalise their Reward (see clause 8 for more details).
5. Each Unique Code may only be entered once, please type your Unique Code carefully.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
7. Rewards: Every Valid Application received will entitle the Participant to a personalised Kellogg’s spoon in a choice of either Kids or Adults size. Once the Unique Codes have been submitted, Participants will then be asked to type their preferred personalisation. Participants will be able to see how their spoon will look before finalising their application and make any changes required. Once confirmed, no further changes can be made – KETL cannot be responsible for errors or omissions made by the participant. The final design will be created.
8. The personalised message will appear on the front of the spoon as inputted at the point of application. Therefore please enter your personalised message carefully as the Promoter cannot be held responsible for spelling errors. At its discretion, the Promoter strictly reserves the right to reject the use of language it considers to be unsuitable, inappropriate, obscene, derogatory towards others, or derogatory towards Kellogg’s, the Promoter or the Promoter’s other brands. Each message will be tested and verified as suitable for use and the Participants will be notified instantly on screen if the message is compliant with the conditions below once they have completed the online entrant form. As such, the message must not:
a. use inappropriate, obscene or otherwise offensive language;
b. contain language that is socially irresponsible;
c. contain language that references violent, excessive risk taking or anti-social behaviour (crowd or public disorder);
d. contain language that infringes protected intellectually property rights, for example trademarks, and this includes (but not limited to) reference to the Promoter’s brands, other brands, celebrity, music or film titles.
e. There will be a maxiumum of 11 characters permitted per spoon
9. To comply with Point 8 above, Participants will be unable to input certain restricted words when submitting their message. However, in order to fully ensure compliance with the conditions of Point 8 above, a manual confirmation of the message will also be performed by the Promoter. After submitting the message, the Participants will be notified by email within 7 working days to confirm that the order has been processed or rejected. Submissions will be held for moderation and reviewed for approval or rejection of the submission.
10. If the message is rejected by the Promoter, an email will be sent and prompt the participant to re-submit another message.
11. Delivery of the Rewards will take up to 90 days from the date the Reward was claimed but we will endeavour to deliver within 65 days.
12. The Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Reward is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another Reward for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
13. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means, and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that participant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any Reward award will be void.
14. If an application is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the application will be disqualified and the Reward not awarded.
15. By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Kellogg Europe Trading Limited reserves the right to modify the content of these Terms & Conditions with retrospective effect for the sole purpose of ensuring the good execution of the Promotion, with no detrimental effect on the participants.
16. If any provision or part of these terms is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in force.

20. If you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this promotion by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in ANY way, we may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. Further, we may ban you from participating in any of our future promotions, so please play fairly.
21. No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, the Promoter’s decision shall be final.
22. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the Reward except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
23. If any provision or part of these terms is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in force.

25. The Promoter cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party.
